- I'm not sure which protocols are compatible with this program, but I've had
- much better luck with the Trumpet News Reader for Windows than with (W)Eudora.
- Despite its name, the program allows you to toggle between mail and news
- sections with ease, and it has a built in filing system (but no autoretrieve).
- Once configured, it works very well, so you might want to check it out.

- A UDP trace in Winsock shows a number of undelivered UDP datagrams. I assume
- there's a problem in Winarch and don't use it any more. Besides, its display

- WinArch defaults to "archie.au" in the absence of the command-line-

- ftp.usma.edu:/pub/msdos/ws_gmail.zip contains SMTP send and receive daemon as
- well as a POP client that all work with WINSOCK 1.1. It's by the same person
- who brought you ws_ftp.

- I don't understand what INT14 is going to get you. You would need an INT14
- redirctor to translate the INT14 calls to Winsock calls. Does such a beast
- exist?
-
- The latest Crosstalk for Windows includes Winsock support. I don't have it
